Average Price per square foot: $144

Compared To Feb - April 2010

Average Price per square foot: $162

Compared to 6 months ago when I last looked at the Ranch the days on market has dropped about 30% which is very significant. We have a much shorter listing period for well priced homes. The listings price has also dropped from and average of $160 per square foot down to $149 but the sales price has gone up a bit from $144 to $149 per square foot. This information tells us that there is more interest in this market and prices are firming up:)
