Cortina in Queen Creek - AZ, as of today -- has 17 homes actively on the market for sale. Of those 17 homes: 6 are offered as a short sale & 5 are offered for sale by a bank -- These list prices range from $149,800 to $295,000.

There are 13 homes in the Cortina subdivision that are in a pending status -- on the way to becoming a property that has sold! Of those 44 pending homes -- 3 are short sale & 6 are bank owned. Pending list prices are starting at $145,000 and ending at $300,000.
