Brand New!! Gated, Golf and Country Club Community - Queen Creek, Arizona

I toured a beautiful, brand new community yesterday in Queen Creek, Arizona. Queen Creek is very rural and located approximately 50 miles south and east of downtown Phoenix and about 10 miles south and east of Mesa, Arizona.

This community is unlike any other in our area, thus the reason for my visit. A beautiful 18-hole "grassed" golf course with numerous lakes, mountain views, and wide open spaces. The golf course is spectacularly groomed, and there are many lots adjacent to the fairways ready to be sold. The golf course lots run upwards of $120,000, and you can get into a home for just under $200,000.

A 42,000 square foot club house will be built in the community, and though the community is not a 55+ or adult community, it is a community that caters to those that are perhaps 40+ who have older children, as well as to empty nesters. It is an excellent area for those who visit during our winters, or for those wanting to retire in our wonderful state.

I've provided a look into one of the models with a Real Estate Show as well as information on the floorplan and more. 2+2+2 in gated, golf community

Hello Teri, this looks like a lovely home. I visited Arizona in November and most of the homes were just as lovely. Good Luck

Teri, WOW you can get in to a golf course community for under $200,000.  I realize that isn't on the golf course but it still seems like a really good price to be in a golf course community.

Hi Maria, it is a beautiful home. Hopefully you saw the inside as it has a view of the golf course. It's a perfect home for the empty nester, retired couple or for down sizing. We really liked it ourselves.

Marchel, yep, a gated, golf course community. The model probably has $50-60K in upgrades, and the golf course lot would end up to be closer to $350,000, but still......gated? golf course lot? great deal.

Thanks for coming by.
