Is golf membership included in these homes and are there going to be HOA dues?
Melina, no - golf membership is separate, and the HOA dues (with clubhouse and tennis, etc.) privileges is about $300 per month. There is an initiation fee to belong to the club, and so much a month or year. It's going to be amazing. Not one home has been built yet, but by this time next year? Great area.
