Just wanted to thank EVERYONE for all the great comments on my blog about DC Ranch Real Estate, Silverleaf Homes and the surrounding areas! The stats are amazing and I want all my clients (present and future) as well as all that are not my clients, to be informed on the DC Ranch and the 85255 market!

We have seen a huge swing in inventory in DC Ranch! 3 months ago we had over 250 listings in DC Ranch and Silveleaf. That number sits at 142 today and I personally know of 12 homes that are pending sale that don't show up yet!!! If you were trying to time the market, you have lost a little bargaining power!!! However, historically it is still an incredible, no brainer investment!!!! The demand for DC Ranch and the emails I receive on a DAILY basis for DC Ranch is incredible. We have Sellers that have contacted us with the intention to sell, just waiting for the right time!
