*Teacher A+ Interest Rate Bid Desk Overview - The "Bid Desk" is designed to help Community First deliver the best available interest rate in the marketplace. If a teacher can document that another lender has a better interest rate for a particular product, Community First's Bid Desk will attempt to match or beat that price.
*1st Time Home Buyers - Purchase selected new homes with no down payment. We use a non-traditional credit score method which allows teachers with challenged credit or no credit history to qualify. The Teacher A+ loan can be combined with any city, county or state grants and also allows gifts from family.
