As of September 25, 2008 there are 140 homes for sale in Troon North, Of these 110 are single family detached homes and 20 are patio homes/townhomes.

The 20 patio homes/townhomes range in price from a 1,484 sq ft home in On The Green at Troon North for $379,000 to a 2,862 sq. ft. home at Stonedge at Troon North being offered for $975,000.

The bottom priced single family detached home is a bank owned property in Pinnacle Canyon that is listed for $399,900. On the other side of the spectrum there is a 7,427 sq.ft home on 1.8 acres that is listed for $4,500,000.
