A great day in Arizona!

Temperatures are moderate, we have a gentle rain, not a monsoon gully-washer, buyer activity is picking up and the snowbirds aren't even here yet.

What does it all mean? Fall may be falling, won't that be great!!!

It has been a relatively mild summer, starting late, but all in the Sun City neighborhood look forward to the fall change. Cooler (mid 80's) weather is always welcome after the summer.
