As a real estate agent working the communities of Sun City Grand, Sun City West & Corte Bella (part of Sun City West), I am required to disclose to potential buyers within a certain distance of the Loop 303, the existance of and proximity to the highway.
I just came across two articles that may be of interest to some. Both meetings took place within the last 15 months but are still relevant.
I would like to mention that the number of homes affected is relatively small compared to the total number of residences in these communities. The residents of the homes it does affect though want to be heard. Click on the links to read more.
