Currently there are 2378 homes listed as active on the MLS. There are 180 homes that are listed as pending and in the past three months 556 homes have sold in the city of Surprise. Valley wide we are sitting over 57,000 homes on the MLS. Last month roughly 4700 homes were sold (per MLS stats) valley wide.
