2009 Surprise, AZ "State of the City" Video Address

This is so cool!

I was recently interviewed for an article asking me what I thought about Surprise Arizona and direction I felt it was headed. I don't know if the article will ever be published or not but the gist of what I had to say is that I love our city. And I love the direction I feel our city planners are taking us.

For those of you thinking about moving to one of our area retirement communities (Sun City Grand, Arizona Traditions, Corte Bella, Sun City West, etc.) or anywhere in the City of Surprise, you are going to want to listen to this!

I just received a link to a video broadcast called the Surprise "State of the City" address. This is a video address conducted by our mayor Lyn Truitt and it is full of information about the City of Surprise. It has also earned two national Telly Awards.

The city's "City of Surprise Tourism Spot" received a Bronze Telly Award, earlier this month for Outstanding Achievement under the Travel/Tourism category. Go Surprise!
