There is a total of 4 active short sale listings. 2 properties are awaiting bank approval. 1 property is pending in escrow. 10 short sale properties have sold and closed since October 25, 2008.

There was one new foreclosure property listed last week. There are 7 active foreclosure (lender owned) properties presently listed on MLS and 2 properties are pending in escrow. 17 foreclosed properties have sold and closed since October 25, 2008.
