As we ride the roller coaster of the markets, there are a few trends in Tempe that time will tell if we are moving in a positive direction. Foreclosures dropped in April while Sales leveled off with March. Rumors have the Valley getting dumped with Foreclosures that Lenders have be holding onto for months. Some of the homes are the "Toxic Assets" being talked about on the national News and Business Channels.
