Valley Builder Begins Third Dunkin’ Donuts

Tempe builder remains busy with small business commercial projects

TEMPE, Ariz. - Don’t take your eyes off the road too long, but yes, Dunkin’ Donuts has a new look, and Tempe-based Sanctuary Builder is bringing it to the Valley. On April 22, 2009, the commercial builder began construction on its third Dunkin’ Donuts project, which will showcase the chain’s spruced up exterior, chic interior and retro-like motif.

“Dunkin’ Donuts is an excellent example of taking a brand and carrying it through from product to packaging to their store designs,” explained Karl Tunberg, co-founder and CEO of Sanctuary Builder. “Our ability to work hands-on from start to completion and execute quality construction on-time and on-budget, has allowed us to secure projects like the expansion of Dunkin’ Donuts and construction of other office and small business outlets.”
