LOOKING TO HIRE FULL TIME SHORT SALE ASSISTANT ASAP!

Well established extremely busy Real Estate Team seeking Full-Time Short Sale Negotiator to be the exclusive Short Sale Negotiating Manager with possibilities of additional tasks and assignments based on successful knowledgeable performance and reviews. Must be willing to handle Short Sale Files from beginning to end including but not limited to Negotiate Closings, Speak with Lenders, Speak with Title and Escrow companies to coordinate documents, maintain current file database and more.

We have on average 30 working files and need a reliable, motivated, self starter to jump in and take over immediately. Interviews will be held next week and we need IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. Please email salary requirements and read through the entire ad for position requirements.

This position will require previous and current experience with negotiating Short Sales! Please be prepared to provide resources to verify your expertise. Upon decision of the team to hire you full-time, you must be able to start immediately and take over as manager! We will not have time to train, hand hold, or babysit so please do not respond if you do not have confidence in your ability to join and flourish with our team.

Our office is located off Rural road and the 60 in Tempe and we prefer you join us in the office rather than work remotely. If we find the perfect fit that is unable to work in office we will consider the option of working remotely. Salary and pay will be determined based on experience and will include a 60 day review for increase. Please email your salary requirements with your resume as well.
