There is a lot of work involved in our real estate professions and simply living with the hectic pace of our lives. We are usually beyond busy, we are continually in a state of overdrive. While it is necessary that we pay attention to work, we need to pay attention to balancing life. I've learned in the past that it's important to take a moment and appreciate the good things and the people in our lives. It is important to take a moment for yourself. It is important to schedule downtime. The consequences of no down time are serious, leading to irritability, fatigue, anxiety, depression and burn out.
I'd like to focus on the joys of life in a pay-it-forward type of Blog. Please post a few things you are thankful for! I applaud you for taking a moment to read this blog post and I appreciate your comments!
P.S.
Make it a Great Day!!

I am VERY thankful for my mother. I dont know if I would make it without her. I work 2 full time jobs ( i say this because real estate cannot be a part-time thing. it's just too much to be able to do it right part-time) and i am a single mother of 2 children. I would fall apart without her. and I am very greatful that I wake up each day and have my health and all of my senses working properly. we often take the little things for granted. thanks for starting this blog post
It's been a bad week or two for us, but even within that I can be thankful.
Our kitten fell out of a tree and broke his leg, it cost a fortune for the vet to pin it back together, BUT I'm thankful that we have the money to do that, and that it went well and the cat wants to run around and play, he thinks he's fine.
Our eldest son totalled his car, BUT I'm thankful that he's fine, we have insurance and can replace the car.
My husband's Jeep (with me driving- he was out of town in my SUV) quit right in front of the office for the other property management company in town, BUT I'm thankful that a friend gave me a ride, my husband came back and pushed the Jeep out of the way, and he got it fixed next day.
Life is good.
With all these lemons, I'm going to open a lemonade stand!
Brad - I am thankful for....
My husband, My 3 children, my family, my friends, my freedom, my country, my church, my career and so much more.
Thanks for the great post!!!
Nice post Brad. I am thankful for a supportive family and the great fortune to have been born in the United States of America. Opportunites are boundless!
I'm thankful for my family and the laughs that they give me on a daily basis and the reminder that life without them, just wouldn't be a life.
