Arizona Your Way Home 22% Down Payment Assistance Program

The Arizona Your Way Home program will help qualified buyers (income limits) with a 22% down payment assistance on the purchase of a REO home.

The Arizona Department of Housing has made a last minute decision to change the eligible properties guidelines for the Your Way Home Program.

Effective immediately for all purchase contracts written after December 9^th the property must be located within an eligible zip according to the attached chart.
