Mt Lemmon AZ is a top spot for visitors and local residents to enjoy fun times in the pines - whether it's camping, hiking, enjoying Music on the Mountain on Sunday's, taking a ride on the ski lift, or just simply taking a quick trip up to get out of the heat - there is no reason not to spend a day on the mountain!

Buying a home on Mt Lemmon has gotten more affordable that one might think. The mountain home prices have decreased - with prices as low as $169k. Being lucky enough to have a cabin on the mountain, I've followed prices and stayed on top of the "mountain market" now seeing cabins, that a couple years ago were listed in the high $700s and up now well below $500k and even $400k!
