We all have homes like this. This home is Move-In ready. It has had a home and termite inspection and only a few minor things needed to be taken care of. So it is ready for the right buyer !!!
This is a 2005 KB home and will be (if wanted) some very nice high end furniture included. I have had over 5000 hits on my web page and other web sites where I list homes in about four months. Many more then the average.
It is priced below the comps and the seller "will" show up to the closing with a check. (No short sale)

That is a nice house - so what is wrong with the location?
Unfortunately you can't change the location, I have some that get too much road noise, or the view isn't as good as the one across the road. It may take some others going away (being sold or pulled from the market) to make this location acceptable & priced right compared to the no other options.

Its 30 Mins SW of downtown Tucson and a growth area. No shopping or stores to be had. But that will come in 5 years or so.

Rich, lovely home; however, you know that the homes sitting in a location away from the hub will sell last - unless, of course, the buyer works from home. Then maybe!!

Very true. We also know real estate is just out and out luck at times. I have no doubt this home will sell even in the slower market. I really break my tail to take care of the client knowing he is spending money to own. The owner was transfer out East.
