TERI, that is a really pretty property. I'm surprised that the HOA is only $20 a month. Our country properties allow one horse per acre is it the same in Arizona.

Mary, it is north and east of Buckeye and on the western edge of Phoenix. It's actually on the way to Los Angeles. ;-) That's what I tell my brother who lives in there.
