Waking up with ones hands clinched is not a good sign.
My medication was a walk on Dicovery Trail which I never done before.
Abbotsford has an amazing amount of walking paths connecting the city.
For years I've been telling clients about the fabulous trails but until today the only one I've walked is Mill Lake.
Please take a little tour of the Discovery Trail with me.
There is line somewhere about the fresh green breath of spring.

Any day you wake up on the right side of the dirt, it is a good day. But, I can certainly see how walking those trails can make the day even better.
