I have been wanting to give live blogging from an open house a try. I think it is a really neat way to document what you did to promote the property, to show the seller how hard you are working and to document the interest your efforts has generated. I am live blogging from 21463 92B Ave in Langley. It is a 1700 sq. ft. home, absolutely gorgeous, totally renovated (except for the main washroom upstairs). You can tell that the owners have taken very good care of it. It is also priced very attractively at $489,900. Gorgeous kitchen and that island is huge, the biggest I've ever seen.

That's a good idea! I like it - something you can use to keep track of WHO shows up, AND keep your seller in the know of what's going on. I like it!
