It`s Golden Ears Bridge Opening Day!

I cant believe it! A day I thought I might not live to see has arrived, the Opening of the new Golden Ears Bridge, the first new span of the Fraser River in Greater Vancouver in over 20 years. The first major part of of nearly 1 Billion dollars in major infrastructure being built in and around the eastern end of Metro Vancouver. Next in line is the opening of the new Pitt River Bridge this Fall and then in early 2010 the Port Coquitlam railyard overpass bridge.
