Hi Carole...As the says goes "buy when everyone else is Selling". There is a huge Sale going in real estate in America, People need to take notice. It has been a long time since you have the selection available like there is right now for luxury waterfront homes, Land,acerages, Penthouse condo's, gated communities on golf courses, homes with swimming pools tennis courts,retirementcommunities, new homes, etc.
Ask yourself... how many time have you looked for a home for a buyer that did not meet all of there requirements. Now a Buyer just needs to make up a wish list along with a their price range and go house hunting!
