You Have To Love.... Long Tail Key Words For Google Positioning.

Just Last Night I wrote a Blog post on Active Rain about Successfull Victoria Real Estate Marketing on Google. This Morning I did a search on Google and I'm number 1 and 2 on the first page of Google for this Search term even mispelled and number one and two with the correct spelling Successful victoria real estate marketing.

Find a long tail title to post an article about your market and or your real estate listing for fast positioning in Google.

Hi Debbie..The Thought does go through my Mind, but I have observed over the years people are too lazy, that's why you see the same people going to Workshops over and over, they go home and never do what they learned at the workshop. We put on a success workshop here once a year where top Realtors in our City spill their guts on their successful methods...very few follow them if any.

Hi Kelly...I can remember when we had to wait months to see any movement on Google when we tweaked our key words on our web sites. Google likes fresh news especially Blogs and our own AR. Post something about your town or city be key words specific, Such as Broken Arrow OK Top Floors Condo's Sell Fast, do a story behind your Blog Post with more long tail key words about ....say pricing being the most import thing to do in Broken Arrow, or finished condo sizes, popular locations in Broken Arrow, Schools in Broken Arrow OK, etc, and be sure your name is there too. Go for It!

Hi Virginia...Glad you like it..now go Blogging with your real estate blog using long tail key words....just to see how quick Google responds do a short Blog with a Street address on one of your listings, then add some photos...ah what the heck add lots of photos, Google Likes house photos and write in the address in your photo description.

Then do a search on Google using the property address and any long tail key words.
