News Release
Hey, do we have a spring market starting here or what?
With sales up 94%, ninety-four percent!, over January sales in the Vancouver Real Estate Board, I'd say something is happening here. The spring market has arrived. A recent review of sales volume in the Dunbar subarea in Vancouver showed that compared to the last six years of sales volumes, it was on track with the previous spring experience.
"There are terrific opportunities out there right now, but with property listings continuing to decrease, those opportunities may be available only for a brief window of time," sats Dave Watt, president of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV).
Granted price levels are at 2006 levels, but the 2008 prices were unsustainable, even for the bourgeoisie.
