My Vancouver - Coal Harbour

Coal Harbour

Coal Harbour is a new high density living area next to Stanely Park. The seaplanes fly in over Lost Lagoon and land on the harbor. I have a simple barometer of the health of British Columbia's economy - the frequency of seaplanes landing in the harbor.

The City of Vancouver has also obliged with new infrastructure including another park, a school and a recreation centre. Everyone living down here is intoxicated with the view of the mountains and the park. But make no mistake, it'll cost you to live here. This is THE most expensive strata title living in the city.

The boundaries of the area are Burrard Inlet on the north, Denman Street on the west, Burrard Street on the east, and West Georgia Street on the south.

In 2008, 240 strata properties sold in Coal Harbour at an average sale price of $1,039,000.

At VancouverPropertyFinder.com, the best properties are at your fingertips. You can browse property listings, do a Google hybrid map search, or perform a customized search to find Coal Harbour properties for sale that best meet your needs.

And please remember, Vancouver is host to 2010 Winter Olympics . We encourage the world to enjoy our wonderful city.
