change of office...change of style...yes!

It's a big decision to change offices. I'm a firm believer, though, in the axiom that change brings opportunity.

Yes, change can be "scary", and it can be challenging.

It can also lead to the kind of shift that results in being in the flow of the moment.

Recently, I decided to leave Re/Max, and to join the Sea to Sky Premier Properties company, based in Whistler, and with an affiliation with Christies Great Estates.

I continue to live and to work on Salt Spring Island, and am the Sea to Sky company's representative on Salt Spring Island and the Southern Gulf Islands (Galiano, Mayne, Saturna, Penders, and the "water access only" options in between).

It's "biz as usual", and I continue to do all of the many extras that I offer, as an individual real estate agent, in this secondary home marketplace. The connection with this Whistler based company will amplify what I do.

Congratulations on your move!!  I have changed companies twice.  And, each time has been an improvement on the last.  I always say always change for a reason to grow and improve your business.  Horizontal moves aren't always good for your career!!

Congrats Li, I actually just moved offices about 3 weeks ago after being in the same office for 5 years. It's almost like starting over. I feel completely rejuvenated. I think I'll blog about it tomorrow.

And yes it is a big deal to change offices, at least for most people. Our office is much like a family, we're all very connected and work well together. Yet every now and then someone may feel like they need to make a change, yet fortunately it doesn't happen often.
