Fred- It seems that now is the time to sell if you want to sell your house in this market in Fairfield Victoria BC.
Hi Katerina...Fairfield homes Sell when they are priced well in almost any market, even when a market slows down a wee bit, which is probably happening this year. If a home for sale in Fairfield is over priced it's just sits.
