Hi Derrick..I agree, I'm just learning how to use SnagIt and the ways it will benefit my business.

I'm going to print off my position in Google with SnagIt to show Victoria luxury waterfront listing clients how I can Help market their home in the Google search engine. By being on the first page of key words pertaining to their special waterfront home when they list with me.

 Long Tail Key words has put me ahead of the competition on Google. I learned al about how to do this in detail from Katerina Gasset here on AR. Now... I've got SnagIt to prove how I can Put a Client waterfront Home For Sale In Victoria Up front and center to the World online with Google and other search engines..Do you thing a another Realtor can compete with that when you're going head you head in a listing presentation?

I'm learning the long tail keywords as well. You can almost come up with an idea to go after a segment of the population. Post it and wait a few hrs and there you have it. Its like trawling for fish with a fish finder! Hmmm I must post  a blog on that.

Hi Alexander..thanks for Visiting, Long Tail Key words help in many ways. I just did a post on a new condo listing using the street address, which showed right away in Google for the Street address, 306-949 Cloverdale and you might say so what. In my Blog Post Description I used long tail key words..Victoria BC Top Floor Condo for the same property and Google picked up on the long tail description and the Condo also Topped the Google search Page for top floor condo.

Fred, That is great. I found the same thing with a post that I wrote about False Creek in Vancouver yesterday. It was #2 on google for the Winterruption festival that I was writing about with a couple of hours. I actaully put in on AR and my outside blog with different titles and a link back to the outside blog from AR. Now both are googling well.

Loving the snagit myself too, but could i suggest resizing those pics a bit. Your blog is starting to take a long time to load.

Fred how do you have time to look after clients do your own web site spend time on AR and still have a life? Or do you have a life other than the first three things. I had spend some time on AR at Christmas but since have not had time until tonight when i could not sleep. Thanks for the post will try and see if somehow i can make it work like you describe.

Hi Clark....I just make the time, many drop Blogging after three or four months and lose their position in Google. I find it better than mailing to a farm area, which I still do. However I hope to stop that as I become well know online in my city. You can hire a virtual assistant or a regular assistant many are better at this than most of us.

My secret is.... I enjoy it, and with the help on my Coach Katerina Gasset I'm moving forward doing Blogging and other online activity. Yes it takes up my personal time, and many times I miss several days here, but soon come back and post, I try to comment on 10 other posts a day and post new Blog post at least once a week. Many here Post new every day!

Hi Jim...I like SnagIt, I'm just getting the hang of all the possibilities for online and print marketing. I show  my Google position in the search their engine while doing my listing presentations. So far no other Realtors do that here, many do not even Blogg here.
