Hi Bill...It's good pricing that works in our real estate current market, inventory is at a record high throughout our city, however if you price a home in the right range it'll sell quickly. Buyers here are comparitive shoppers. I always say there is only one main reason there are listing for sale still For Sale, they are over priced and they need the right Realtor with a Custom Plan to sell that home.!
