1. With cash in hand, Buyers know what they can afford, narrow the search...
2. With cash in hand, Buyers can present very strong offers to purchase (no subject to sale)
3. With cash in hand, Buyers can ACT QUICKLY - sometimes the best homes go in a matter of hours.
After my short presentation, one of my clients that had been listening stood up and told the group how pleased she was with my services and by following my advice, she and her husband found and sealed a deal in a matter of hours; because they were READY TO ACT!
It's great to have clients that listen and learn!
