Cherubini's Coffee House brings back that 1930s feel when Alamo was just a small town. Cherubini's is tucked into the back of Alamo Square. Cherubini is a charming cafe and antique furniture shop, decorated in the style of a 19th century apothecary. Cherubini's is a morning gathering spot for regulars to relax with a latte, read the paper and meet with friends. Cherubini's has free wireless internet access for those who need to be "connected". The simple menu covers specialty coffees, breakfast rolls and pastries, sandwiches, soups and salads for lunch. Cherubini's is open for breakfast daily, and lunch Monday thru Saturday.
My wife and I often eat lunch at Cherubini's. Today, I had a bowl of delicious home made beef chili with a BLT. I almost went back for a 2nd bowl of chili it was that good. My wife commented that this is one of the few places you can have lunch and also have a conversation. If you haven't tried Cherubini's, then put it on your must-try list.

AJ...
This is the second coffee house post I have run into today.
You Guys are all making me sorry I live in a small suburban town.
We don't have great little coffee shops around here.
The closet thing we have is Barney's at the Mall and it has no ambience what so ever.
TLW...ROAR!
