We were down in Anderson, CA showing property last night to a young couple looking to buy a deal. I love Anderson for it is slightly higher in elevation and you can see all our beautiful mountain ranges. There are lots of 5 and 10 acres parcels and it's horse country. On our way to the listing, we saw a lovely parcel and home where along the road the family had turned Manzanita into art forms. We've taken a few photos to share. Country charm and some fun!
We found this so charming and this family's entire property has a humorous joy to it. They obvious enjoy life and celebrating art.
Here's the second doggie to greet you as you travel down Treat Street. It definitely was a TREAT for us!
All the Manzanita trees along their property have been trimmed and trained to grow in sculptured forms and arches. Some are adorned with copper spirals and glass balls. Very sweet!
Another art and interesting piece adorned with pretty hanging wind chimes.
And under one of the Manzanita Dog Art works are these rocks. The larger one says "Little Children Looking in the Rocks, Use Your Imagination! I could see a snowman and a frog.

Hi Jeanean,
Looks like there are some creative people in Anderson. I've lived in CA all my life, but never heard of it before.
That's a new kind of topiary. Quite interesting and creative.
