The most important thing. (I had close Short Sales).
Documents nessesary to Start a Short Sale:
1. Last 2 year taxes with W'2. If self employed 1099's with a letter from your CPA.
2. Last 2 months Paystubs.
3. Last 2 months Bank Statements.
4. Hardship Letter. (Explaining the reason of the hardship)
5. Financial Statement. (I will provide this sheet)
6. Listing Agreement.
7. Purchase Agreement. (We will need to get a Buyer fast).
