Four Seasons, an Active Adult communitywas masterfully planned and built by K. Hovnanian, and is an "Age Qualified" community, which means you must be 55 or older to live here.

Four Seasons is gated with a 24 hour security post that requires clearance for entry. Homes in the community were built with up to 2775 square feet, and include over 1100 homes built between 2003 and 2009.
