Belvedere-Tiburon Market Update

The real estate market is picking up and listings are increasing in the Belvedere and Tiburon communities of Marin County, California. As of April 28, 2007, there were 17 residential properties on the market in Belvedere with only one in contract. In Tiburon, there were 94 residential listings with 21 in contract (22%). In the last week, multiple properties that received multiple offers have fallen out of contract. Buyers may once again be in the driver’s seat as the market leans in the buyer’s favor.
