Brea is very unique, in that it actually has some very new homes to consider. Most of our North Orange Countycities have many older homes for sale, but Brea is fortunate to have a myriad of newer homes. Many examples are just East of the 57 freeway, almost in Carbon Canyon. Brea Homes are well worth special attention.
