Single family sales activity for October, prices range from $199,000 to $1,275,000 although 90% of the homes in the city are priced under $1,000,000.

• 102 re-sale homes currently for sale, this represents a 15 increase from last month.
• 12 pending sales, currently in escrow, down dramatically from prior months. 36/30/27/27/24/17/23/12/6 in prior months.
• 22 homes closed escrow in October the same as last month and 22/28/30/24/20/14/21/13/8/8/13/13/23/15, respectively in prior months.

Condominium sales activity for October~ Condos/town-homes range from $285,000 to $528,000.

• 12 condo/town-homes are currently for sale, compared to 10 last month.
• 1 pending sale went into escrow in October as compared to 5/7/2/1/1/5/2/2/0 since the beginning of 2008.
• 3 condos closed escrow for the month, the same as last month and compared to 4/2/5/4/2/2/0/3/3/2/4/6/4, respectively in preceding months.
