Single family sales activity for November, prices range from $199,000 to $1,149,000. All but one are priced under $1,000,000.

• 116 re-sale homes currently for sale, this represents an aproximate 10% increase from last month.
• 16 pending sales, currently in escrow, up from last month at 12. Also compared to 36/30/27/27/24/17/23/12/16 in prior months.
• 11 homes closed escrow in November, about one-half from the last two months and compared to 28/30/24/20/14/21/13/8/8/13/13/23, respectively in prior months.

Condominium sales activity for November ~ Condos/town-homes range from $285,000 to $528,000.

• 9 condo/town-homes are currently for sale, compared to 12 last month.
• 3 pending sales went into escrow in November as compared to 1/5/7/2/1/1/5/2/2/0 since the beginning of 2008.
• 2 condos closed escrow for November, the same as last month and compared to 3/4/2/5/4/2/2/0/3/3/2/4/6/4, respectively in preceding months.
