They have been hit hard by Graffiti. My buyers were very interested at first, 30 days later we showed it again. Ouch !!!!!!! Fear of what might happen again took over.

Well, I guess taggers and graffiti artists can be quiet, afterall spray cans don't make that much noise. However, I'd have to disagree when it comes to the windows, breaking glass can be noisy.
