Don't libraries have the greatest programs for the community?  Very cool!

Maggie, They do. My kids and I love our local Library. You can find me there often blogging as the kids are reading or studying.

I miss taking my kids to the library!  When they were little, we really enjoyed programs like this one.  It's sounds lovely.

Mana--What a great program for the holidays!...Or is it just for fun? Either way sounds like a fun family evening.

Mana - This is wonderful! Our library also has lots of programs, however I don't think they have anything like this. It is a great idea.

Hi Mana,

I just love it when communites offer things like this. And anything to get the kids inside a library.

Elaine, My kids are not too little, they just love singing. I love getting the kids involved in community activities and believe it or not they love it too.

Teri, It's just for fun. I can't think of any Holiday Folksongs, If I here any when I attend the event I'll let you know.

Sandra, I think every library tries to arrange a program with these talents when they are in the area. Your area library must have a list of people that they contact or hear about.

Lynda, I love it too. Our library is so beautiful and fascinating that you should see how parents beg their kids when its time to leave.
