Here is your opportunity to own a resort condominium at the famous La Costa Spa and Resort in the La Costa area of Carlsbad, with all the amenities of this fabulous resort at your fingertips - the beautifully landscaped 400+ acre grounds, views of the La Costa Hills and, for some, the lagoon and ocean, the 2 18-hole golf courses, tennis, Kids Club, signature dining at BlueFire Grill, the Chopra Center, and of course the wonderful 26,000 SF spa with a myriad of services to tempt you. La Costa Resort Villas, now selling in Phase 2 (with phase 3 under development), offer an opportunity not afforded many. With prices in the $500,000s up to about $1,000,000 the Casa (1 bedroom 1 bath) and Hacienda (2 bedroom, 2 baths) suites provide master bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, gracious living areas, sumptuous baths, and balconies and patios (depending on style), all beautifully designed in a Spanish style, and custom crafted with wood beams, crown molding, stainless appliances, wrought iron, stone, granite, and tile, and much more. All units are fully furnished with designer furnishings and artwork, as well as dinnerware and cookware. These homes range in size from approximately 550 to 1,250 SF with fireplaces, along with flat-screen plasma TVs in every living area and bedroom. Internet access, of course, is provided.
La Costa Villa owners receive a Signature Sports Membership providing access to the fitness center, locker room, tennis courts, and swimming pools. You also receive discounts at many of the resort's amenities including the spa, restaurants, retail shops and golf.
While some buyers may prefer to have a second/vacation home they may use all the time, these villas provide an intriguing alternative in a premier resort environment with an income potential that may be more suitable to your particular lifestyle and financial plans. Models are available for viewing and the Discovery Center in the heart of the resort is the place to visit for more information. Jeff, now that looks like a place that I would not mind spending a few days at. By the way I like the new look to your Posts.
Jeff - Your posts are just wonderful. They are not onky info packed, they are really showstopers. What are the chances of getting a few of us together to learn from a master?
George - Yep, they are pretty nice. You can order food from the resort adn there is housekeeping service. Just like being in a hotel. Prices are pretty steep, though, and there are maintenance fees. Thansk for your kind words.
Jeff
Marlene - thank you so much. I certainly don't consider myself a master, but do keep trying to imporve these profles. Lots more could be done I think. Always happy to share.
Jeff
