Don't be a "CLAIMER" about seeing CARLSBAD HOMES FOR SALE- I'd rather go Surfing!

I’m getting a little bit tired of folks claiming they want to see CARLSBAD HOMES FOR SALE.

Let me explain. ( Let's call this peson " YOU " that I refer to as some Flake, say JOE BLOW.. don't think I'm taking this out on YOU Litterally)

FIRST... You search for “Carlsbad Homes For Sale, Carlsbad Foreclosures, Carlsbad Bank Owned Homes, Carlsbad Condos For Sale, Carlsbad Properties For Sale” or something like that. You think to your self ” Hey this Carlsbad Real Estate Blog is pretty cool“. THEN you sign up/ Register on on our Carlsbad Real Estate interactive Carlsbad Homes For Sale Map search which ROCKS...........SOOOOOO FAR SOOOO GOOD..

You then browse Homes in Carlsbad using our Carlsbad Real Estate Map Search Engine. You explore and discover many popular Carlsbad Neighborhoods and have narrowed down the areas that fit your needs and likes. You come to realize that this IS the best site in Carlsbad to explore La Costa Homes For Sale, including La Costa Oaks Homes, La Costa Greens, La Costa Ridge Properties, Bressi Ranch, Rancho Carrillo, Carlsbad Homes west of the 5, South Carlsbad Homes For Sale, West Carlsbad Homes For Sale, Homes in Olde Carlsbad, Aviara Homes For Sale, Foreclosures, Short Sales, etc.
STILL…. SO FAR SO GOOD………………….AND THEN IT HAPPENS!!!!!!!!

So now you now have seen enough Carlsbad Homes on our website and you dare to request a showing on a home in Carlsbad you are curious about or interested in… IN COMES THE EMAIL to us and “OF COURSE” I reply back within the first 2-3 minutes. I reply back with something like…….. Hello JOE BLOG, thanks for using our Carlsbad Real Estate site and for requesting to see this property in Carlsbad. WHEN WOULD BE A GOOD TIME FOR YOU TO SEE THIS PROPERTY?

At this point I’ve now dropped what I was doing ( going surfing most likely), and perhaps I have now pulled over on the side of the road to pull my laptop out to get onto the MLS and pull up the home in Carlsbad you SAY you are interested in seeing. I look up the showing instructions on the MLS and maybe even have to call the Listing agent to arrange an appointment because the seller needs 24 hour notice or 1 hour notice. Meanwhile, the listing agent is interrogating me about my supposed buyer and I just tell them the straight up truth( most agents DONT LIKE THAT.... That you are an internet lead) They then want to know that the “client ” is qualified etc to see the home, buy the home, etc. If this is a Carlsbad Luxury Home, then I may even need proof of funds to even get inside…… So now I’m a good half hour into your inquiry and I am now no longer on track to get my quick surf session in that I was planning on. GUESS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?????

Do I take you out to see Carlsbad Homes For Sale... then never see you again, or should I just go surf??

Well, then you decide to never return my call or never reply back to my email about showing you that CARLSBAD HOME FOR SALE … YOU optionally said you wanted to see.

Why am I writing about this you ask?????? Well, simply put… I’M SICK AND TIRED OF WASTING MY TIME! If you want to see a home for sale in Carlsbad great.. just be honest with me about your intentions, time frame about when you want to buy, sell, etc. Time is money. Gosh I’m tired. I need to yawn.

Keep it Real Carlsbad! Hire me to be your Carlsbad Realtor… NOT A TAXI TO SEE HOMES. I have a life too ya know.
