Market Data for APRIL 2007 - Carlsbad, CA

The Carlsbad real estate market continues to be fairly stable, with a modest increase in housing inventory in the last couple of months (but substantially less than the peak last summer). Currently there is only a 6 month inventory of detached homes for sale in Carlsbad

Median prices for both detached and attached homes in Carlsbad rose by 1% from March to April, however prices remain below the levels from 1 year ago.
