Properties listed for sale with Real Estate Agents have a contractual relationship that establishes a fiduciary responsibility on behalf of the Seller. Before a Purchase Offer Agreement is created all Real Estate Agents are contractually obligated to the Seller to fulfill that fiduciary responsibility.
