The Sandi Bauman Team needs help! Looking for both a fabulously energetic Buyer's Agent and a skilled Transaction Coordinator (Chico CA)

Immediate need!

The Sandi Bauman Team! at Chico Homes is looking for an assistant to support our primary transaction coordinator. We also have far too many leads for our current buyer's agent. Is there anybody out there ready to work really hard?!

We are a VERY busy real estate team (Currently, we are the number one top producing team in Chico, CA!) handling a large number of files for both retail transactions and REO properties. The pace is fast and furious, exciting and demanding!

The ideal additional team member would meet the following criteria: *A great attitude * Extraordinary work ethic * Respect of confidential material * Detail oriented * Accountable * Learns quickly * Ability to focus and produce results in a busy environment with many distractions * A strong sense of team and loyalty * Good communications skills, both verbal and written * Ability to navigate email, Word, Quick Books, and a variety of online systems

** Real estate experience is a definite plus, but not mandatory. We'll train you as necessary. Advancement opportunities exist!
