What are you really looking to accomplish?

Accomplishing our goals is just part of the story when it comes to our business. We're making a life not only for ourselves but we're helping the dreams of others come to pass at the same time.

I've been in business for myself for nearly 30 years and the times I remember that have been the most rewarding have been when I helped a family realize their dream. Today I'm in the business of helping families realize their dreams. Though I get paid a good some of money, the money is really secondary. The joy of seeing a family come to the point of saying to themselves, "we've finally come to our wealthy place."

"Helping people accomplish their dreams helps us realize our dreams." All it takes is a made up mind. As soon as we make up our mind and keep it made up, we see the the fruit of our labor. We have to remember our labor is not in vain even when it seems though it things aren't changing.

I consider myself very fortunate to be in the business I'm in. Right now I have been afforded the opportunity to help some young kids help their dreams come true. For 13 weeks this summer nearly two hundred kids in our community will be mentored by local business owners as these kids start their own businesses this summer. This 90 day project is called Kidz-n-Biz. It's a dynamite project that helps kids dream and get help seeing those dreams come true.

The Kidz-n-Biz Project will be giving away cash, gift certificates and prizes all summer long as incentives to the kids who excel in a multitude of ways this summer.

What am I looking to accomplish? Seeing the dreams of kids come true. It's that simple. By the way, I don't make a penny for doing this project. It's just my way of giving back to my community. Of course it wouldn't be possible without the help of the network of local business owners who will be helping me.

On the business side of things, think of the goodwill that will be created with the parents of these kids and the business owners. Talk about a win, win, win, win project. The kids win, the parents win, the business owners win and I win.
