Financial Peace

This is my first time blogging so be gentle with me...

I am so excited about something that just has to be shared. So many people today are burried in debt. Not because they are bad people, but because they never had a plan and then life happened to them. I discovered something a few months ago that has litterally been life changing for me and my family. What I discovered is called Financial Peace University. Dave Ramsey is a personal money management expert. He is huge in the south and midwest but has not made it our here to the west coast. He has a nationally sindicated radio talk show and also appears daily on the Fox Business Network. He created this course to help people who otherwise do not have a plan. Financial Peace University is designed to teach you and your family how to get out of debt, and build wealth. The best part is that this is NOT a get rich quick scheme, multi-level marketing or any other seemingly underhanded idea. This is a real course, designed to teach you how to fish. Its perfect for anyone who is looking to improve their financial position, or just get a financial position.

Based on what I see in the community today and hear on the news I know that the average American is struggling to make ends meet. We need this class in our community and I am proud to say that my church is offering FPU.
