Aug. 21, 2009: Claremont Home Market Activity

Four Claremont homes were listed for sale during the week ending Aug. 21, 2009, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service.

A total of 77 Claremont homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Aug. 21. Included were 45 single-family homes not in associations. There were 32 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Claremont on Aug. 21; 20 homes were reported as vacant.

The MLS showed three foreclosed, or Real Estate Owned, homes listed in Claremont on Aug. 21; 19 others were in pre-foreclosure - listed as "in foreclosure," Notice of Default or Short Pay/Subject to Lender.

Four Claremont homes were reported as sold in the MLS during the week ending Aug. 21, 2009.
